Whole Collective is the simple idea that growing businesses and financially supporting ourselves can be done differently.

It needs doing differently.

Because we are at a collective inflection point. With deep tides of economic uncertainty, and growing question marks in people’s hearts and minds around what it is they really want to be doing in the world.

And none of us are getting out of here alive.

‘I’m looking for a sense of purpose’, I hear often. Not just from hippies like the ones I used to meet on the road, but from folks dressed in suits, middle aged men and women, or fresh out of college, from people of all ages and industries.

How do we really want to spend our time being alive? A paycheque alone just isn’t cutting it anymore, but of course, we need money to live here.

How do we find work and build careers and businesses in ways that feel meaningful and purposeful, but also financially viable?

We’re asking these questions out loud.

We don’t have all the answers. But what we do know is that when we bring people who are asking the same kind of questions together, the answers, more often than not, get revealed.
